Purchase Information

When animals are delevered they function as they should, they have eaten at least 5 times and have bin run in on frozen/ thawed pray.

The purchase always includes a breeder evidence cludes origin ( if it can be given) and predisposition + outher important info

The animals are always sexed upon purchase

In case of complaint Realboas should be informed within 24hrs after purchase

Realboas have telephone support between 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm weekdays and 11:00 am- 10.00 pm weekends  Swedish time. E-mail around the clock

Assistance is limited to animals FROM REALBOAS ONLY.

When booking an animal a down payment is required, this can vary slightly depending on the purchase amount.

It can be payed in two ways, ether via PayPal or swedbank account.

It is imprerative that the down payment is realboas received witin 4 days after the telephone booking has been made, if the down payment are not

provided witin this time the animal in question will be put up for sale again without WARNING.

Down payment is non-refundable, if the customer changes his mind or pulls out of the order.

Down payment is ALWAYS payed back in full if Realboas can not deliver the booked animal for some reason.

The animal can be picked up at Realboas or at one of the reptile fairs/ shows in Sweden / Alternative Hamm in Germany in September every year.

Home delivery can be arranged, but then you will pay a delivery charge of 20 skr/mile round trip ( This applies only in Sweden)

Realboas does not send eny animals !!!
